PART 1: THE CHAPEL SESSION

- Audio: 2 High-Fidelity Active Speakers.
- Speech: Professional Microphone & Adjustable Mic Stand.
- Media: Laptop for processional and recessional music.
- Staff: 1 Dedicated Sound Technician for flawless timing.
PART 2: THE RECEPTION & PARTY
High-energy audio and a club-style visual experience.
- Sound: Full-Range Speakers + Dedicated Base Bins (Subwoofers) for deep, rich sound.
- Speech: Wireless Microphones & Mic Stands for toasts and MCs.
- Atmosphere: Smoke Machine for enhanced light visuals.
- Visuals: Integrated Lighting Rig featuring specialized Beams and Lasers.
- Staff: 1 Sound & Light Technician + 1 Professional DJ to keep the floor moving.
TIME & SERVICE DURATION
- Total Coverage: Up to 10 Hours (from arrival to strike).
- Early Setup: We are site-ready at least 2 hours before your event starts.
- The Send-off: “Strike” (pack down) begins 1 hour before the 10-hour limit while background music continues to play.
- Note: No refunds/discounts for early finishes or cancellations.
THE FINE PRINT (Booking Requirements)
To ensure the best possible service, the following are required for our crew:
- Catering: Meals and refreshments to be provided for staff.
- Security: Safe and secure parking for equipment vehicles.
- Environment: A safe and secure working environment for our staff and gear.
- Travel (Beyond 50km from Krugersdorp):
o Additional traveling fees apply.
o Complimentary accommodation must be provided.
ESTIMATED PRICING
While the base rate starts from R3,500 for the first 5 hours, pricing scales with guest count to ensure enough gear for the crowd size:
- Under 30 Guests = R3 500.00
- Under 50 Guests = R5 500.00
- 50 to 80 Guests = R8 500.00
- 81 to 100 Guests = R10 000.00
- 101 to 150 Guests = R15 000.00
- Overtime: R1,000 per hour (payable upfront).

- Weather Protection: For outdoor events, a roof system or waterproof gazebo must be provided to protect equipment from direct sun and potential rain.
- Power Supply: Venue must provide at least two independent 16A circuits. High-quality power conditioners are used to protect gear from voltage spikes.
- Catering & Security: Meals, refreshments, and secure parking for the equipment vehicle must be provided for the staff.
- Travel (Beyond 50km from Krugersdorp): Additional fees apply; complimentary accommodation required for the team.
